Apply all over the body before or after showering. If you apply before your shower, allow the oil to absorb for 5-20 minutes before washing off. If applying after your shower, apply to damp skin and allow to air dry. Use long, slow strokes on the limbs and circular motions on the joints, chest, and abdomen.
