HOW TO USE

USE
Anywhere, anytime you want. Use your ice roller at room temperature or cold, straight from the fridge.
If you choose to put it in the freezer, let it cool down a few moments after taking it out. Gently warm the roll by rolling it at least 8 times on your wrist or arm to avoid any discomfort or frostbite.
Do not use the roller if it has ice or moisture on it, to prevent frostbite.
Can be used before or after skincare and makeup. Also suitable for soothing different areas of the body.
