MY REAL ESSENTIALS THAT I WON'T GATEKEEP

Through trial and error, love and discard of certain products, a few have truly proven themselves over the years. It's important to know that I'm a VERY picky person and I don't function well in gray areas: everything has to be black or white. So, when I love a product, it's because it gets a 10/10 and ticks all the boxes.

Essentials (the term is correct: they are essential for a successful day) that I still use today — skincare, supplements, a little makeup — and which clearly deserve their place in my daily life, and I hope in yours too!

ACTUMU CAPSULES

We're starting strong with Bio Flow 1 & 2 supplements.

To be transparent: I constantly struggle with digestive issues—I'll spare you the details, but basically, I have a bowel movement every three or four days, if I'm lucky. I drink 2 liters of water a day and I eat my fiber, don't come at me :). A friend introduced me to these Montreal supplements about three or four years ago, and they're the only thing that's really worked for me.

Since then, I can't do without it: as soon as my bottles are empty, I buy more.
They are now part of my daily routine — for smooth digestion and a life without discomfort.

BOY BROW BROOM GEL

I no longer have my receipts, but I must have bought at least 30 tubes of Dark Brown . The brush is tiny, which means more product stays on the brush and allows for more precise application. The color is perfect and the result is impeccable .

THE SUPER SPRITZ FPS 50

Since its arrival in our home, the Vacation brand has held a special place in my heart, especially the Super Spritz SPF 50, which has become my everyday go-to. Not only does it protect my skin from the sun and premature aging, but it also gives me an incredible glow , even on days when I'm not feeling my best.

A quick note for those with very sensitive skin: it may occasionally cause a mild reaction due to its coconut and banana scent.
Personally, I have sensitive to normal skin and I tolerate it very well.

2L WATER JUG

I really wanted to share this little pro tip that changed the way I drink water — especially for those who can't reach the famous 2L per day.
Every morning, I fill my jug to the maximum (2L) and throughout the day, I only use it: whether it's for my bottle or a simple glass of water.

It allows me to have a clear visual of my progress and to know where I stand.
Around 5 p.m., if I notice that I still have a good liter left, I speed up the pace a little to avoid drinking too much just before going to sleep.
For a very visual person like me, it's a simple gesture, but terribly effective.

LED MASK

I started incorporating the LED mask into my routine about 2 years ago, and Let me tell you, if you don't have any, you're missing out.

Mine combines three modes: red light , which stimulates collagen production and reduces wrinkles; blue light , which acts as an antibacterial to reduce pimples and calm inflammation; and a “mixed” option that combines the two.

I would say that this step easily represents 50% of the solution to reducing my dark circles and my "parentheses" on each side of my mouth ( iykyk ).
