A close relative of white sage, blue sage is also good for healing and cleansing rituals. Its soothing and relaxing scent can be used to aid meditation or simply burned for pleasure. It is not as pungent as white sage and is more pleasant for those who find the strong, invigorating scent of white sage irresistible. Blended with eucalyptus, these sticks will make any room feel relaxed and spa-like.
How to use: Open the window(s) and turn on the end of the bundle until it ignites. After a few seconds of burning, blow it out so that only smoke remains. Paint the air with fragrant smoke moving from corner to corner. Let the ashes collect in a fireproof holder and you can extinguish your smudge stick by dabbing the lit end into your holder. Each beam can be re-ignited several times.
